Thank you for your interest in increasing the volume of business conducted with Mintech Distributors Ltd. In order to complete your application for trade credit, please note the following about our process.
The Mintech Credit Application process has four (4) stages:
Stage 1: Signing the Terms of Trade Document
- Signing the Terms of Trade indicates your commitment to honor any credit provided.
Stage 2: Completing the TCAF-25 Form
- All credit applications must be submitted online via our online Credit Application Form (TCAF-25)
Stage 3: Verification of Trade References
- Trade References will be expected to confirm some of the submitted details of your business relationship. They should be other suppliers that offer credit to you.
- References will be contacted within 4 business days of the completion of the TCAF-25.
Stage 4: Submission of Complete Application
A complete application contains:
- Signed Terms of Trade Document
- Complete TCAF-25 Form
- 3 Verified Trade References
The application will be submitted to the Senior Directors for approval within 2 business days of completion. Submitted applications will be approved or denied at the discretion of the Senior Directors.
